Growing up in Hawaii, Lauren was always interested in film and video production. It wasn’t until she was a student at the University of Hawaii that she got a real taste of working in production. She worked at PBS Hawaii as a student production technician and technical director for 4 years while attending the University of Hawaii.

After graduation Lauren freelanced briefly before joining up with Shooters to learn the other side of production - the business side. As an Associate Producer and Office Manager, she is learning to flex different muscles other than technical ones.
